1 - How does Shipping Work?
Preparing for Shipment: This Means we're currently processing and packaging. You'll Receive an email with tracking information soon.
Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse. Within 24 to 48 Hours. You will also see a link to track your package.
Delivered: Your order has arrived! Orders are delivered 7 days a week before 10 p.m.
2 - How do I cancel my Order

3 - What happens if my order gets lost?
All items purchases from discountthrifts are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
4 - Do I need to be there to sign it?
Nope! If you're not home, the driver will leave your package in the mailbox, at the door or with your doorman.
5 - Who will be delivering my order?
We ship via FedEx and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.
6 - How much is shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout depending on which service you choose to deliver your package.
